An artist named Stephanie
Bajema recently asked permission to use a photo of mine
of a pine marten to create a piece of art for a fundraiser at
the MooseWood
Nature Center in Marquette, Michigan. I told her yes, of
course! Wow, how about her talent, huh? She painted it digitally
with a Wacom tablet using the paint program openCanvas from
Portal Graphics. I am impressed! I am also impressed that she
actually asked permission to reference my photo for her art.
Way to go, Stephanie!
